After serving Museveni for 20 years, Brigadier Kifulugunyu was “airlifted” to the hospital in a wheelbarrow after suffering a heart attack! He died a few hours later on 15th Nov. 2017.
The late Kifulugunyu (real names: Steven Ssempagala) is known in history for his liberation and morale boosting songs (essential to any fighting forces) to the UNRA now UPDF and for composing a song for the Zimbabwe war veterans.
Museveni left him to die like a dog and he never got any help or veteran retirement benefits. Do you want more of the same?
